I'm Sam!
Consider me your personal weight loss coach and nutrition BFF.
After having colon cancer at age 29, I went on an all out search trying to find what to do to be healthy.
I understand what it feels like trying to eat right to the point of defeat, always returning to those unhealthy habits, then feeling guilty and giving up...again.
After floundering for 10 years and trying every diet on the market, it was only after turning 40 that I gained clarity and direction on how to eat for better health and live without counting points, calories or crazy rules I could never keep.
Now in my 50s, I'm on a mission to help other women break free from the chains of dieting and experience that same food freedom, too.
I teach midlife women how to get healthier and have long term weight loss so you can feel better, have more energy to enjoy your kids and grandkids, and lower your risk of disease.
Without sacrifice, food guilt and fear of going back to old habits.
